Forward have worked on several projects with Elster over the last 5 or 6 years, initial just working from drawings but we have grown the relationship so that they now help with the actual design concepts and are moving to provide a complete turn key solution.
On the rare occasion that the design has not worked as expected then they have changed the designs and re manufactured the parts at no extra costs.Forward have, on numerous, occasion helped with production critical repairs, they have always responded quickly and provided us with a very high quality finish, and in very short time-scales.
In general we have found Forward to be a real gem of a company, always helpful and they provide a first class service.and they make a nice cup of coffee :¬)
